This American Pale Ale was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Maplewood Brewery & Distillery. Brewed with copious amounts of 2-Row, the light malt bill makes way for the slight bitterness and big aroma of the hops. And in keeping with their obsession with pants, we named this after our favorite leg apparel from the 80’s. Can’t touch this.

This is a well made and very balanced APA. Pleasant blend of bitterness and juicy, ripe mango and pineapple inflected hops. A little sweetness in there keeps the bitter elements rained in, like a grapefruit nestled in fruit syrup. Rather enjoyable and easy drinking.

Had this 2-3 times now, it's a pretty solid APA with classic C-hops.
Saturated orange with good clarity, compact layer of foam with a halo of spotty lace.
Citrus rind aroma, grapefruit and orange peels. Clean and fresh.
Solid citrusy hop presence in the taste, lingering dry bitterness.
Clean dry feel, light bodied with a moderate level of smooth carbonation.
Overall I liked this more each time each time I had it. Good stuff, sort of "Scentinel Lite".
