Our head brewer has embraced the ingredients of a classic cookie recipe and delivered it in an Imperial Milk Stout. The malt bill is reminiscent of the flavors of brown sugar and chocolate while lactose, coconut, cocoa nibs, and vanilla finish the recipe.

Grains: Maris Otter, Caramel, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate

Hops: East Kent Goldings

Interesting twist on a samoa cookie recipe. Pours black with a thin veil of tan foam, spotty lace.
Aromas of caramel, chocolate, and a tiny bit of toasted coconut.
Flavor is chocolate heavy, vanilla also covers up the coconut a bit, but it's tasty. Sweet upfront with a lingering bitterness.
Medium bodied with light carbonation. Overall this was a good effort, and I heard they are putting most of the batch in Few Spirits barrels for FoBAB.
