For the 4th variation of our hazy New England style IPA, we pulled Mosaic hops to the forefront. We double dry hopped this monster with copious amounts of both Mosaic pellets and powder to highlight the tangerine, papaya and grapefruit notes of one of our favorite hops.

"Trendi 4" uses Mosaic hops, and is the 4th iteration in this NE IPA series with a rotating recipe.
Saturated hazy orange with drippy lacing around the edges and a thin surface veil.
Fruity dank hop aroma of papaya, slightly sweet and gives off a cantaloupe note too.
Taste is a little more restrained, but citrus rind and tropical papaya are present.
Smooth and medium bodied with a creamy texture and ample carbonation.
Overall this was good, but I liked the 3rd one the best so far.
