Brown ale brewed with candy cap mushrooms.
Dark mahoghany brown, light tan foam with spotty lacing and good surface coverage.
Nice aroma of sweet molasses and maple from the mushrooms, it's earthy and unique.
The flavor is drier with an earthy, slightly woody aftertaste. An odd waxy note there too.
Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, pretty drinkable.
