Double Dry Hopped India Pale Ale
Trendi as ever and packed with 4 lbs. of hops per barrel! We added some Red Wheat this time to round out the mid-palate, which in turn elongates the finish of the tropical fruit characteristics with a small amount of pleasant bitterness.
Grains: Maris Otter, Oats, Red Wheat, Caramel Vienna
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe
IBU: 80

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from draft at Old Irving Brewing Company on December 16, 2017. Look is thick hazy darker orange gold with a thick bubbly head and lingering lacing. Taste is juicy tropical fruits balanced with some hop bitterness. Feel is creamy and smooth.
