Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a growler on February 8, 2018. For this eighth version of our NEIPA, we invited Amarillo to the hop party. Amarillo brings hints of apricot and grapefruit for additional juicy citrus flavor and aroma. With a ton of late addition hopping, the result is a flavorful IPA with minimal bitterness.

Murky opaque orange, copious lacing and a thin lasting skim.
Citrus creamcicle aroma, tangerine and slightly tropical mango.
Pulpy citrus flavor, tangerine, grapefruit, light pale malt and light lingering hop bitterness.
Creamy smooth feel, pleasant and really drinkable.
Not sure what’s different in this one, I heard it uses Amarillo, Mosaic, and Citra.
Or I guess you could just copy/paste the brewery description as a review... >_>
