Brewed with Galaxy, Cashmere, Azacca, & El Dorado. Juicy, big notes of tropical fruits, and easy-drinking.

16oz can from Tavour. Pale golden, hazy pour with a thin, creamy head. Light blast of citrus in the aroma. Taste is soft biscuity malts, citrus edge, sweet, fruity notes. Super creamy, smooth. Subdued and mellow.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has some hints of brownish hues. It poured with a half finger high white head that has excellent retention properties and consistently left a quarter finger high head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of watermelon are present in the nose along with notes of pear and tangerine.
T: The taste has flavors of pear along with notes of watermelon and hints of tangerine. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I enjoyed the combination of watermelon and pear in this IPA as they are thing we normally don't see.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on May 18, 2021. New England style India Pale Ale double dry-hopped with Azacca, Cashmere, El Dorado and Galaxy. Really good beer. Great cause.
