Served from tap in a snifter at Consume.
Pours a cloudy sunset auburn-orange topped by a finger of bone foam. The nose comprises orange zest, lemon zest, mild lemongrass, and honey. The taste veers toward the same territory, but the fruits are now more represented by their respective piths and rinds now. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. A solid hazy, though not one I would likely go for quickly in the future.
