Clear, golden appearance; sparse carbonation yet a thick, frothy, long-lasting white head; respectable flecks of foam mark the inside of the glass. Nice aroma; earthy, mint-like scent - like cat mint; softly sweet and malty scent. Decent flavor; low-key, humble malt backbone; bold, spicy hop flavor; sharp, weedy and herbal sense; thyme. Medium body; glassy feel; crisp hop bite; semi-juicy.
A fair pale ale; different enough with the hop profile, yet somewhat lacking a balanced taste and feel.
