I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: deep rich dark brown hue with a finger of frothy tan foam. Very nice.
Smell: quite smoky and a bit nutty; it's definitely as-advertised. Not bad.
Taste: smoky, toasty and nutty; quite good but a little more brown ale than porter.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good, slightly rocky carbonation. Pretty good.
Overall: this is a good beer that's not really a porter, but the smoke is real enough.
