draught
Clear and light orange/gold color. Smells of the usual grapefruit peel oil and a HINT of pine. Moderate bite and noticeable malt on the taste. Hop bite dissipates quickly on aftertaste.

I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: rich dark red hue with plenty of haze and a thin layer of ivory foam. A bit dark for an IPA, but not terrible.
Smell: a big, malty, caramelly aroma with just a hint of hops. Frankly, I like at least a *little* more hops in my IPA.
Taste: amber type flavor with a lot of caramel and maltiness, with a moderate hop and bitterness character. It's not really to style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a very good creaminess indeed.
Overall: this just isn't an IPA. There is some bitterness, but this is basically an amber ale.
