Enjoyed at the 2016 Copenhagen Beer Festival in Boston, MA. Reviewed from notes.
A - Poured an almost comical neon red with a nice off white head that faded to leave thin wisps and a little halo. Love the color on this beer.
S - Aromas of seedy under ripe berries followed by big lightly tart raspberry fruit notes. There is a little bit of barnyard funk going on but this is pretty much a raspberry assault. Love it.
T - Taste is, thankfully, very similar to the nose. Just delicious and assertive raspberry notes here. Super fresh and juicy, not overly sweet whatsoever, nice and tart too. The funk levels here are just spot. Not too aggressive at all.
M - Mouthfeel is nice and crisp with a lighter body. Really pleasant.
O - Overall this was a very, very nicely done lambic. I liked this one more than the apricot beer that was featured along side it. There was a reason why this line was always 100+ people deep.

Pink head. Raspberry ruby color.
Tons of fresh raspberries. Nice tartness. Minimal sourness. Wine barrel flavors. Oaky. Clean. Big fruit. Basically like eating raspberries.
Light bodied. Clean. Easy drinking. Well done.
