100% wild Schaarbeekse krieken fermented on lambic in a Pinot Noir barrel from winery Clos d’Opleeuw, Belgium. Lambic from 2012 and 2013, cherry harvest of 2014. Aged on cherries for one year. Unblended, straight from the barrel. vintage 2014.
