From a 750ml bottle to a 5oz taster glass
L: a hazy golden yellow with a bright white head
S: a lot going on here. sweet grapes, but also musty grapes. lemon, oranges, bread
T: funky, fruity, bready, followed up with a nice sour finish
O: I am no lambic expert, but this was certainly enjoyable., A great beer!

Oude Pizza meets its maker. NotGT 2017, ME.

A- Cloudy yellow gold 750ml to tasting glass. Creamy thick white cap to one cm. Good retention and big island drops webs.

S- Saison, lambic and fruity cognac. Hay, lemon, coriander, spicy yeast, sulfur lambic funk job, pear, musty old grapes, dark sweet fruit cognac and plenty of lactic culture. Plums and grapes.

T- The lambic is big time. Same Bokk cultures and sour funky musty sulfur lambic complexity. The Saison is apparent with spices, lemon peel and coriander notes but the lambic takes over like a funky musty barnyard beast with intense sour eventually.

MF- Creamy and silky medium body with intense sours. Medium high carbonation and a slick oil coat.

Saison eventually dies to the intense sour lambic base but a cool experience indeed. Cognac adds a nice flavor that bounces off the lambic quite well.
