2016 label at Grote Dorst.
White head. Active carbonation. Ruby red color.
Very wine forward. Red wine meets white wine. Tannins. Riesling grapes show more than the muscat. Oaky and dry.
Very nice Lambic that tastes more like wine.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Red Session. Clear ruby color. Aroma is really funky and woody with damp cellar notes. Taste is tart, woody, a bit mineral with really bitter cherry pit finish.
