Hazy darker brick red, almost a maroon-brown, under a fluffy khaki head that settles down to a persistent, bubbly blanket and thick collar.
Sweet characteristics of strawberry, peach and cherry kick off the frothy yet light body before finishing bone dry. The funk is delicate, lightly peppery, and more woody than anything, contrasting the sweet start well, while any acidity is wonderfully tempered.
Overall it gives off the impression like that of a spontaneously oak aged New Glarus Strawberry Rhubarb might, and masterfully so.
Now how can I get my hands on some actual red peaches?!

A super sour beer like very few else. Insanely rich and very well balanced, as Bokke tends to be. Visually and aroma wise very inviting, a delicate beer for a special occasion.

From the Decicco's Brewster New York release.
750ml capped and corked bottle into Cantillon stemware.
Nose is overripe peach, distinct farmhouse funk, and wet oak. Very lightly tart. This is more juicy than anything else. Zesty too. Big cobweb and plastic-y notes as it warms. Super aromatic. Beer opens juicy peach up front. Almost Haribo gummy-like. Nice sweetness with a tart twang that simmers in the back.Lemon and peach pit too. I get hay and a cheesy funkiness in the middle that becomes foamy and dry towards the end. Peach juice at the finish with a tart, funky aftertaste that lingering on the palate. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly on the palate and goes down aggressive with a bone dry aftertaste. Just a touch too much carbonation for me.
The fruit profile in this one is really something to behold. This is really quite the beer.

Bottle. Pours reddish, like a Framboise or Kriek. Wow. What a beer. Very, deep and rich and nuanced. So many flavors erupting from this beer. Rich peach, smoke, leather, earth, truffle, red wine. Fantastic tartness. Really something.

Muted horn bottle. Consumed 9/19
Peach hued ruby red.
Massive peach and peach pit flavor. Sour, tart, and a touch of acidity. Very juicy. The peach aftertaste lingers for days. Another beautiful stone fruit blend from Raf

Sampled from bottle on the first day of Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019 at Foeders, tfs! Pours a hazy orange pinkish colour with a pinkish head. Aroma's are mild sour, soft fruit, peach. Retronasal it's mild sour again, with peach and light funk. Flavour is light moderate sour, quite mild, a hint of sweet even. Light bodied. In the finish there are fruitstones, almonds and light bitterness. Very nice!

750 mL bottle. Pours deep red with no head. Smells of plum and red wine acidity. Some dried grass and oak. As it warms, it softens to a peach aroma. Tastes of sour plum and red wine vinous notes here too. I would never guess peaches here. Back end is strong oak and a long lingering red-wine-like acidity. Medium body and low carbonation. Good. Pretty sour and the lambic behind it barely shines through the intense fruit flavor.
