Brick red and partially opaque, a dense head of moderate height develops and retains fairly well, presenting a pink-tinged off-white hue.

Though it's more jammy on the nose, where floral vanilla lightly accents, a super expanding effervescence delivers sharp, seedy raspberry to the palate. The apricot pit offers a uniquely nutty stonefruit accent far in the background.

While overall more acidic than I was expecting, especially for the age, the exhale is a oaky, though less so because of the acidity, while the finish is bone dry.

A very nice gift from a friend for the birth of our child. Really nice pink-purple color with a minimal head. Aroma is pretty much all raspberry with a touch of vanilla. Flavor was heavy raspberry and almost no vanilla. Tasty beer and I'm not the biggest fan of framboise.

My first bokke. Good raspberry flavor, but I didn’t get the vanilla or noyeaux. What was most surprising was how mild the beer was. Very little sour or funk. I’d take cascade noyeaux over this
