750 mL bottle. Deep red. Nose is strong raspberry, cherry, light spice, nutty. Tastes quite sour right up front. Sour raspberry, dulled a little by cherry. Cherry pie, light pie crust spices, and a little bit of nutty flavors linger behind the strong sourness. Redeems it a little, but it's really sour.

750ml corked and capped bottle into custom Bokke glassware.
Dark red color. Pink foamy head that never dissipates. Thin legs. Likely the most intense raspberry I've ever smelled on the nose. Deep and pulpy red fruit. Mellow acidity. Hugely aromatic. Beer opens rounded raspberry and cherry skin. Acidic and tart in the middle. Hints of cinnamon, anise, and dried plum. Pithy. Oak, Foamy towards the end and finish. Body is light to medium with ample carbonation. Prickly on the palate. Acidic and dry. Pucking finish with a long, lingering finish. Slightly too carbonated.
An intense beer for sure. After 3 years, there's still an enormous fruit presence.
