I visited Vinohradský Pivovar when exploring Prague a couple weeks back. It's a great spot -- a below-street-level bar and restaurant with a good vibe; maybe a dozen or so tables and a couple standing tables. From the main room are windows into the lovely copper-kettle brewery in the next room. I think you can get table service, but I just walked up and ordered a beer -- service was friendly, though, and English was no problem.
They had 11 beers on tap when I was there: three Czech pilsners (9º, 11º, and 12º), amber lager, two pale ales, a gose, three IPAs (session, brut, and West Coast), and a house-made non-alcoholic beer as well. A really solid selection for a Prague craft brewery! The two pilsners I had were great (particularly the 12º), and although the hazy IPA was maybe not up to American standards, it was pretty good by Central European standards. In addition to draft, they have cans of most of their beers available as well.
If I ever make it back to Prague, Vinohradský is definitely on my list of places to return to!

Small microbrewery and restaurant way east of downtown, but a short walk from the Flora metro station. Communal seating and packed the Saturday night I went. Many styles brewed on site, the American style imperial IPA was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Lucked into a table to sit at after a few minutes standing/drinking, and got the night’s special - Duck leg, red cabbage and dumplings: delicious. American rock & roll on the speakers and great conversation with two guys who were seated with me. Still can’t believe how great my beer tasted!
