For our light beer drinker friends, "The Maize" is named for the addition of flaked corn (maize) to grain bill. While not "creamy" as the style's name suggests, Cream Ales were historically brewed to compete with Light Lagers. Look for a sweet corn character and just a hint of honey in this crisp, refreshing "lawnmower" beer.
