Look...an amber brown with abundant haze haze and a white frothy head.
Smell....A slight hint of pineapple and citrus with the dankness of hop. lemon rind and pine
Taste ...A lemon drop with a bitter rinse of a hops with some significant character, El Dorado, Cryo Pop, Phantasm powder, and Amarillo that create some bitter and juicy complexity. a bitter drying finish with a little fruit
Feel...A bit thinner than a pulpy NEDIPA. a medium carbonation that leaves a little lacing on the glass. A good combination of an old school and new school NE IPA.
Overall...This is a solid effort and I will continue to try more beers from my HS homeland. I met the brewer at a Packy about a year ago and seemed real cool. Anyways this beer is pretty solid and will enjoy trying the ample variety of styles he seems to enjoy brewing
