On-draught into a clay mug @ III Draakon in Summer 2014.
AROMA: Helles malts. Unbunged kellerbier-redolent notes (possibly oxidation). Minimal hop presence. Live yeast. A kiss of sourness.
A pleasant aroma of mild strength.
TASTE: Rich vitaminy yeast, a pleasant hint of lactic sourness, helles malts, unbunged characteristics. Average depth, duration, and intensity of flavour. It's a tasty albeit simple beer. Nice subtlety. The live unpasteurized yeasty smackiness is a highlight.
TEXTURE: Smooth, wet, refreshing, lightly smacky. Naturally perfectly carbonated.
Not oily, gushed, hot, boozy, astringent, harsh, rough, or scratchy.
OVERALL: Extremely drinkable. I could down this all night. Fantastic stuff.
High B / GOOD
