Aged in a rum barrel from Bethlehem’s Social Still, this Belgian-Style Dark Ale begins with an aroma of spice that quickly warms the chest with a bit of dark caramel and malt richness before ending with a clean finish of dark fruit flavors of fig and raisin. Saints and sinners watch out!

On tap at the brewery.

A - Nice deep, burgundy pour with moderate, dense, creamy white lacing and low carbonation.

S - Toasted caramel toffee malt, with dark fruit and raisins.

T - Nice toffee caramel base with dark fruit, raisins, fig, Rum, and a slight bit of oak. There's a slight bitterness on the back side but overall the nod is towards a sweeter finish.

M - Big silky body with some pronounced warming in the back of the throat.

O - I'm not a Rum fan but this totally works. Very enjoyable and worth checking out!
