Catharina sours, Brazilian in origin, are light wheat ales with a clean lactic sour note designed to highlight the tropical fruit of that region. And this beer is all about the passion fruit, strong aromas and flavors of the tropical fruit dominate, effervescent and refreshingly sour, Saúde!

First commercial example I've come across of the Catharina Sour style, but undoubtedly done well. Bursting with flavor while remaining light, clean and refreshing. Very approachable for someone new to sour beer.
