This effervescent, straw gold German-style Pilsner has a wonderful bouquet of honey & grain from the German Pilsner malt. On the palate you’ll sense the honey first, then light cracker malt supported with earthy, mild pepper notes from Tettnanger hops. This clean, crisp lager goes down smooth and easy.

On tap at the source
A - Light gold pour with a steady carbonation stream of large bubbles.
S - Crisp, crackery honey malt with light earthy spice.
T - Honey malt with a little more emphasis on the honey and subtle, earthy spiciness pokes through about 3/4 through. Balanced finish with some lingering earthy spice.
M - Medium body with light carbonation. Initially, this beer ends wet but gradually the wetness morphs into a semi-dry finish that leaves the sides of the mouth fairly dry.
O - Not super crisp but it does go down nice and easy.
