Our take on a classic Belgian-style Witbier (white beer). Brewed with lots of wheat, coriander, two types of orange peel, and honey, and coming in at 4.1%, this is the definition of crushable summer beer!

Poured from 375mL bottle into my BeerAdvocate teku.
Appearance: light golden hue with just a little dash of haze and a thick finger of frothy white foam atop. Pretty nice, though I tend to think of witbiers as somewhat cloudier.
Smell: lightly wheaty aroma with some dry grain, and a richly floral aroma from the spicing. An interestingly complex witbier.
Taste: very floral indeed, even more so that I normally associate with the style. The big floral character adds a lightness and the perception of a sweetness that reminds me of, like, lavender- or rose-flavored candies. Interesting!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I find this witbier to be a little bit unconventional, but overall it's an interesting and tasty brew.

Had on tap. Cloudy orangey yellow body, white cap slowly fades into a thick collar and surface webbing. Aromas of big citrus and wheat with a light yeast and flowers. Delicious orange and general citrus forward taste, wheat, flowers, honey, and yeast balance. Feel is lighter but not thin thanks to the wheat, summery and crushable, but a little monotone in feel. The wife loved it
