From the flip top bottle, it pours a very hazy amber color with a very nice long lasting dirty white head. Some lacing. The nose gets a slightly yeasty, slightly bready malt scent with strong banana scent and some caramel sugars. The mouth gets an initial taste of burnt sugar, followed by a pleasant overall brew with notes of caramel.
