Collaboration with Four Saints Brewing Company
A delightful and complex Belgian Pale ale - simultaneously fruity, earthy, and balanced due in part to the incorporation of Styrian Goldings hops. This collaboration with Four Saints Brewing Company begins with a biscuity malt impression, and then follows with a series of other flavors including pear and delicate spice. This beer ends with a moderately dry finish to round out the brew.
