Pours into a stemmed glass a burnt orange tinged medium golden with a tightly formed full one finger white head atop.Stone fruit, and honey really jumps out in the nose with underlying spiced yeast notes.Like the aromas the stone fruit stands out with yeast/phenol notes be a little more assertive but still not in your face,a spicy saaz hop presence in the finish.A very well made beer and pretty food friendly to boot.

Brewery website says it’s a “Farmhouse Ale”... Bière de Mars Is on the label...looking that up and I got it’s a Belgian lager, brewed as a marzen for the spring versus the traditional fall “Oktoberfest” offering• Website description...”Sublime in its bouquet, simply a passing scent might conjure up images of some impossible garden- a scene suffused with rose, lemon verbena, and wild pungent herbs. Citrus and peach add to the imaginative influence on the tongue, where a balanced decadence and breeziness speak to the stuff of fables. "Full many a wonder is told us in stories old, of heroes worthy of praise, of hardships dire, of joy and feasting, of weeping and of wailing; of the fighting of bold warriors, now ye may hear wonders told." - From the Nibelungenlied, epic of Germany” Either way, this is an awesome beverage!!
