Haere mai (welcome) to flavortown! Big flavors abound, from watermelon to sweet tropical fruit, thanks to Mosaic Cryo, El Dorado Cryo, Strata and New Zealand Wai-iti hops. A heavy dose of oats and wheat help soften this triple dry-hopped triple IPA, but be careful; this is one of our biggest beers to date.

On tap at Crafted art of the taco in Greensboro into New Belgium globe glass. Pours opaquely hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing on the glass and some streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, strawberry, watermelon, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, bread dough, herbal, floral, grass and yeast earthiness. Light-med pine, citrus rind, floral, grassy bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus body and medium carbonation. Balanced creamy malt and sticky hops. Some resin drying, no astringent flavors. Minimal warming or hop burn. 9.6%. Mosaic, El dorado, strata, wai-iti hops, loved the juicy nose and hop profile on this one. Killer style example and nicely soft feeling for the ABV.
