It's not a typo... No Regerts Crushable Pale Ale is our interpretation of a lighter easy drinking Pale Ale. A simple malt bill of 2-Row, Oats and Light Crystal keep the flavors clean and let the hops shine. Nelson Sauvin (Tropical/White Wine) and Mosaic (Tropical/Ripe Fruit) hops are used throughout the boil. Galaxy (Tropical/Pineapple) hops join Nelson and Mosaic in the subsequent dry-hop and are responsible for the aromatic nose. It’s medium-bodied with medium carbonation. Flavor intensity: Medium

1st review of this beer on BA. So man, does this beer get you excited reading about it. Nelson, Galaxy hops, old school pale ale, sign me up man, easy single purchase. Member that New Found Glory band? "It's all downhill from here" is ringing in my head as I write this review.
Pours the classic golden yellow color with respectable clarity. 1/3" white head. The aroma was massively lacking for something talking about its Nelson hop game, much less Galaxy. Instead of hoppiness, there is a prominent earth dirt/cardboard/woodiness to the nose. Tropical? Nah fam.
Taste follows the nose, it has a brassy mouth feel of bitterness, tropical notes continue to give that escaped prisoner feel, it left before I cracked this can open I guess. Its definitely a malty pale ale going with barleywine's favorite son, Maris Otter. Some versions may have had Mosaic instead of Galaxy, but either way, I'd say they went 90% Ella hops, and then the other two made up the 10%.
Disappointing beer.

Golden honey color. Foamy head. Malty flavor. Fruit, earth, and pine hops. Easy to drink. Good balanced body.
