This traditional Bavarian Spring lager is marked by its malty character and balanced noble hop presence. Pilsen malt forms the base, while generous amounts of Munich and Vienna Malt round out the grain bill, creating caramel-like flavors with toasty highlights. Noble Hersbrucker Hops provide a balance to the sweet maltiness while adding spice and floral notes to the flavor and aroma. It’s medium-bodied with medium carbonation.
