Hop-A-Ling-A-Ding-Dong is our interpretation of a West Coast Juicy IPA. We wanted ours to retain the initial juicy character, but then finish satisfyingly dry. Hop-A-Ling-A-Ding-Dong uses London yeast for the signature juicy aroma and is driven by profiles of Nectarine and Citrus. Generous amounts of Nelson (Tropical/White Wine), Rakau (Citrus Lime), and Lotus (Melon) hops were used to achieve its signature flavor and aroma.
