Every once in a while, we invite some brewing friends over to try something we haven't done before and call it a playdate. It involves drinking some beer, making some beer and reinforcing the camaraderie that binds us in the brewing profession. These shared experiences, emersed in the craft, brings out the best ideas and ultimately the best beers! We invited our friends at 21st Amendment to come over and we decided to play with a West Coast IPA! We hopped it with new hop, HBC 638, and an old favorite, Simcoe to give it some pop. You'll be greeted with aromas of Tropical Fruit, Light Citrus and a bit of Resin that finishes with a light sweetness. We hope you enjoy this inspired beer.
