Pucker up! This one is officially called "**** It We'll Do It Lime". Very tart and pretty good ... My friend gave to me because he didn't care for it ... I think it's pretty good!

The base sour style might have roots in northern Germany, but the Germans who originated the recipe never saw this version coming. Key lime, coconut and graham cracker layer over the salty wheat ale with dessert-like effects.
Key Lime Goes? pours with a zesty and expressive champagne-like appearance. Pale straw and frothily headed, the ale leads with the tartness of apple, citrus and tropical fragrances along with a savory graham cracker overlay and a hint of the sea. Saltwater taffy, meringue, praline, graham cracker and cream all come out to play on the early palate while releasing pastry sweetness and the yeastiness of sourdough.
As the ale rolls across the middle palate, its earthiness releases and the premiere tartness resonates loudly with lime but also a background symphony of white grape, crab apple, lemon and a hint of grapefruit. Deeper on the palate still, the roundness of graham cracker brings the savory taste of honey, nuttiness and dry, toasty cake that only graham crackers can bring. The roundness of salinity gives the ale a salty taste of margarita to offset a brisk aftertaste of damp burlap and cork.
Medium bodied for sour ale, the richness of salt and graham cracker eventually releases and the ale finishes crisp, clean and highly refreshing. The ale gives all the delight of key lime pie but at a fraction of the weight or fatigue. Built for seaside drinking sessions, Its acidity cuts through the thirst with ease and ensures a quick aftertaste of wheaten citrus.
