This collaboration barrel-aged imperial donut stout brings Streetside back to their Dayton roots! We brought in the incredible Barrel House and the amazing Evans Bakery to make the thickest, chocolatiest, donutiest (those aren't words) stout we could make, and from there we threw the beer into New Riff Distilling barrels for over a year. Bourbon Barrel-Aged Insterstate Pastry Fight has notes of chocolate, expresso, bourbon vanilla cream and tasty tasty donut. Thank you to The Barrel House and Evans Bakery for helping us put this pastry party together (again!).

Pours an effervescent mahogany with a pinky of mocha head. Viscous, below average head retention & lacing
S: Chocolate doughnuts, vanilla
T: Bourbon notes mixing in well with the nose, traces of leafy hops, a little cola & dryness up front. More chocolate doughnut, some Maple & Bourbon Booze Smack as this beer warms up. Finishes with more doughnut than booze, but there is some hanging around, more maple too & a little dryness
MF: Medium body with just enough carbonation to push the flavor along, very warming & sticky once warm
Delivered on the advertised taste, great drinkability for the ABV
