16 ounce can, canned 7/21/22. Thanks once again to Brutaltruth for this brew! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch or so tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like caramel, chocolate/fudge, vanilla, and roasted malt. I think the taste pretty much follows the aroma, but there's also the addition of some cream, toffee, earthy and dark fruity flavors. It leaned more sweet tasting (as with most Streetside stouts I've tried) but it's not overpoweringly sweet. This one might be the best Streetside brew I've tried so far, it's just a pretty good overall pastry stout. It's still sweet but no one flavor overpowers the others. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's slick and a bit rich with a moderate amount of carbonation. Certainly wouldn't mind trying this one again, definitely worth trying if you're a fan of big pastry stouts!

Description reads as follow:
Imperial Pastry Stout with caramel, chocolate, and vanilla brewed in
collaboration with More Brewing Company....INDEED!
This exceptional brew pours a dark oil black with a decent head of light
brown foam that settles to a thick ring and light dusty layer with faint lacing.
Nose of rich chocolate, char, burnt cream, deep roasted malts, nutty malts,
coffee hints, light vanilla, and heavy toffee and caramel notes. Flavors follow
nicely with dark chocolate, brulee, char, roast, dark fruit touches of blackberry and
touches of raspberry, vanilla, and caramel / toffee notes. Nice mouth feel; full body,
smooth, coating, lightly slick, light but zippy carbonation giving some excellent lift
to the heft of this beast, and a sweet yet balanced bitter malt finish.
Overall----excellent! Solid straight forward imperial with all the right moves.
Cheers
