Collaboration with Masthead Brewing Company
Dark Trifecta, the barrel aged stout collaboration with Masthead, was aged in Boone County Distilling bourbon barrels for a whopping 16 months. This massive, scrumptious beast was aged on cocoa nibs before any other adjuncts were added to give it an incomparable chocolatie-ness.

Look - black thick nice than head and rimming and lacing
Smell - sweet chocolate and barrel with cinnamon and coconut in the rear
Taste - Cinnamon first followed by coconut. The chocolate and barrel are really in the backburner with all the cinnamon and coconut
Feel - medium full body syrupy with a pretty light carb
