This beer is dumb, a former 12 Beers of Christmas, turned into a One Hit Wonder now transforming into a production batch. Caramelized pineapple and amaretto dominate your palate with a veritable dessert ruckus. This beer is so decadent and unbalanced we should be ashamed of ourselves for making it.

A Tavour Treat. Pours a gold color with virtually no head. Aroma of sweet fruit juices. Taste is sweet vanilla and a hint of caramel. Tart pineapple at the finish. Crisp and dry.
