Demogorgon - Barrel Aged Cookies & Cream

My first two demogorgons were big hits in this mouth; optimism is surging as the third in the series is popped open, weighing in at 16 ounces no less.

Black. Pillowy, almost IPA-like head slowly rises, except it’s light brown. The nose comports itself well, with peanut butter & chocolate ascendant.

Demogorgon – Barrel Aged Cookies & Cream can’t hide its fighting weight. Woo. It breathes booziness. Peanut butter & chocolate tamp down the actual bourbon…some, but it lingers long in the back of the throat. So does the peanut butter, for that matter. Decadent sweetness; vanilla? Perhaps. Smidgen of roast that helps keep this beast from peeling skin off the roof of my mouth. Big & brutal. I’m already full, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop putting this one down.

Demogorgon. I know it’s bloodthirsty & evil, but man, it’s put a good stamp on this series so far. Another excellent variant.
