Served on tap at the brewery in a 10-oz glass.
Look: Dark brown, letting some light through, a half inch off-white head with excellent retention, excellent lacing.
Nose: Medium dark roast, very true to style.
Taste: Attack is pure medium-dark roasted malt, bread. Finish is dry — appropriate to style.
Mouthfeel: Medium thick, appropriate carbonation.
Overall: A nice example of an Irish Dry Stout, faithful to style, enjoyable, drinkable. I’d be happy to order it again.
