Bottle. Clear untarnished copper colour with a thin wispy head. Smells of old hops and hay.
Hop flavour shows improvement upon tasting and there is just enough malt to give a little balance.
Light in body. Moderate carbonation with a dry feel.
No distinction as an "Italian" IPA. Close to an APA.

I had this beer while in Rome. Poured from a brown 11.2 oz. bottle. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is balanced malts and hops. Taste is the same as the aroma, some hints of pine, mild bitterness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall it s not bad, but to me it drinks more like a Pale Ale than an IPA.
