Easy and fragrant India Pale Ale, all to be enjoyed.
High fermentation beer made with barley and wheat malt, characterized by an aromatic hop (dry hopping) with American varieties.
Pleasant and thirst-quenching bitterness, taste tending towards hop notes: citrus jam, green herbs, resins.

Sestri Levante 22/7 2024. 33 cl bottle from iNs Supermarket. Off-white label made out to look like a postcard with stamps in red ans blue. The version I am drinking is holding an ABV of 6,0.
Pours unclear golden amber with a small white head. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the ides of the glass.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty and toasted odor mingling with a more tart scent of citrus fruit. Toasted bread and toffee. Lemon and grapefruit.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness ollowed by a slightly stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter - and a bit harsh. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
