A delicate beer with a fresh acidity. Creamy white foam, pale yellow beer (the cloudiness and the deposit are due to the lack of filtration, the yeast and coarse particles in suspension give a velvety sensation to the taste, and notes of bread crust). The ingredients of the spice are recognizable on the nose: the coriander and the orange peel complex the notes of yeast, bread crust and a delicate citrus. In the mouth it is extraordinarily fresh, round and balanced, not at all bitter.

Sestri Levante 21/7 2024. 33 cl bottle from iN’s Mercato, Via Vincenzo Fascie, Sestri Levante. Light blue label made out to look like a letter with a stamp or three. The version I m drinking is only Holding an ABV of 4,4.
Pours unclear yellow with. Small, tight, white head. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the sides of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with an odor of sweet malts, a touch of yeast and a bit of citrus. Sweet Wheat malts, limonade, oranges and a light touch of moldy cellar.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is a bit dry.
Decent Wit.
