Sestri Levante 22/7 2024. 33 cl bottle from iNs Supermarket. Label in warm colors. Looks a bit like a close up of an explosion.
Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of lightly toasted malts mingling with sourish fumes. Sweet caramel, toasted bread and sweet biscuit. Sour grains. Whiff of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is a tad watery.
Sweet and toasted.
