The perfect balance of Italian malts and hops creates a refined aromatic profile, with citrus and resinous notes that balance the sweetness of the malt. Its intense golden color, pervaded by a fine perlage and a persistent head, heralds a unique sensory experience: a well-balanced bitterness, a rounded body, and a dry finish that leaves the mouth clean and satisfied.

Target 2000 S.p.A. "Tosca 100% Italiana"
50 cl brown glass bottle with swing-top enclosure coded "DA CONSUMARSI PREFERIBILMENTE ENTRO IL 30/07/26 11:55"
€2,79 @ Eurospar, Via Manin 7, Verona, IT
Look: A very hazy (it's unfiltered) amber colored body is capped by a short head of white foam. Better than average head retention and lacing.
Smell: The aroma is sweetish and floral with some lesser notes of citrus.
Taste: Sweetish malt is threaded through with floral and lightly citrusy hops and backed by a moderate to median bitterness that leads to a mostly dry finish with some minor floral character lingering.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp.
Overall: While an Italian pale ale is unusual, this is probably not the most balanced example you could find.
