Tosca Blanche

A beer made with barley malt, wheat, and unmalted spelt; spiced with coriander and bitter orange peel. A delicate yet fragrant beer, with a beautiful white head and a hazy pale yellow color (the haze and sediment are due to the lack of filtration; the yeast and coarse particles in suspension give it a velvety mouthfeel, along with notes of bread crust). The spices are recognizable on the nose: coriander and orange peel complement the yeast, bread crust, and delicate citrus notes. On the palate, it is extraordinarily fresh, rounded, and balanced, with almost no bitterness.
