Aromas of citrus, freshly cut grass, and resins transform into a fresh, dry, and thirst-quenching flavor. The blend of select hops added during the brew releases a lovely bitterness and a pleasantly herbaceous, resinous, and slightly citrusy flavor. All these aromas are balanced with the sweetness of the biscuity notes provided by the barley malts. An IPA designed even for those who aren't fans of this beloved style, notoriously biased toward bitterness.
