Great Chicago Fire Brewery & Tap Room "House IPA"

Notes: 7.0% abv, 65 IBUs. Hazy golden body beneath a short head of white foam. Average head retention and lacing. The aroma is hoppy and citrusy, but not that bright considering it's an IPA. In the flavor the grainy malt overrides the citrusy hops but it remains fairly balanced. A firm bitterness brings it to a dryish finish. Medium bodied and crisp. Unfortunately this batch seems a little bit green which hurts it greatly.
