Looks: Pours a hazy, blushy pink-orange with a thin head that dissipates almost instantly. It continuously has fizzy bubbles rising from within, though.
Smell: Pretty light on the nose. General sour funk from the base, grapefruit and raspberry present but I don't get the yuzu. I kind of get a tart cherry vibe from the combination of the fruits.
Taste: The yuzu has arrived! The flavours are actually incredibly balanced, I can pick each one out very clearly and they have equal presence. I was expecting it to be a bit more puckering given the fruit choices, but there's a sweetness that balances out the sour elements. The 10% ABV shows itself a bit, but in a nice flavorful way. Doesn't burn at all.
Feel: Light body with a nice effervescent carbonation. Goes down really easy.
Overall: Hell of an imperial sour. Delicious, boozy, crushable for 10%. Not the most sour sour, but one of the most balanced.
